Pool Attractions & Features

SandVenture offers a full lineup of attractions for every age and ability — from the splash zone to the deep end.

300-Foot Waterslide

The park’s signature yellow slide sends riders on a 300-foot journey before splashing into 3 feet of water. Riders must be 48 inches tall or pass a swim test to use the slide.

12-Foot Drop Slides

Two 12-foot drop slides in the deep end deliver a rush of speed straight into the water. Height requirements apply — riders must be 48″ tall or pass a swim test.

Pirate Ship Jumping Platform

A pirate ship-themed jumping platform in the deep end gives adventurous swimmers the chance to leap into the water. Height and swim test requirements apply.

Shallow End Splash Area

The shallow end features water play elements designed for younger swimmers, along with the park’s unique sand-bottom entry and a beach playground with a pirate ship theme.

Water Basketball & Volleyball

Water basketball and volleyball offer active fun for groups and families throughout the pool area.

Sand-Bottom Pool

Tot Time: Fridays & Saturdays, 9:15–10:45 a.m. — a reserved morning swim session for younger children (through mid-August)
Twilight Swim: Discounted admission available 5–7 p.m. daily
Slide closure note: The yellow slide closes at 4:30 p.m. on swim lesson nights (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays)

Rules & Policies

Height & swim requirement: Guests must be at least 48 inches tall or pass a swim test to use slides and jumping platforms.
Life jackets: Only U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are permitted. Other flotation devices are not allowed.
Swim attire: Acceptable swimwear includes swimsuits, swim shirts, athletic shorts, and dry-fit shirts. Jeans, sweatpants, undergarments, cut-off shorts, and thong-style bottoms are not permitted.
Weather closures: The park closes for 30 minutes after any thunder. The facility may also close if temperatures fall below 65°F or if fewer than 15 swimmers are present at a scheduled check-in time. Refunds are not given for weather closures.
Outside food: Outside food is not permitted within the pool enclosure. Concessions are available on-site.
